We had a truly wonderful and peaceful stay. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The attention to detail was remarkable! Right outside the door is the pool, which made relaxing on our terrace a real treat with beautiful views and a calm atmosphere. Our hostess was extremely kind and thoughtful — from the moment we made the reservation until the day we left, she showed genuine care and made sure we had everything we needed, always with grace and discretion. Thank you so much for everything!

Just a kind note: although the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you might need, we hadn’t noticed beforehand that it doesn’t have a conventional oven. It does have stovetop burners and a microwave, which were very practical — we simply hadn’t paid close attention to that detail ourselves.

"Ruined by lack of communication"

Lovely apartment next to the pool

Lack of communication with the host Had a problem with the safe wouldn't open, took her 4.30 hours to get back to me I was constantly calling and messaging. Had to call booking.com who organised a lock smith by the time it was sorted my friends who i was looking after there passports missed there flight. Had to wait 3 days for a flight cost €1000 for flight and accommodation. At your risk using the safe.

Great faacilities, everything you could want. Very responsive host. Fantastic location, within walking distance of everything.

The apartment was very close to the pool which was great, however other guests in another apartment away from the pool tended to use the patio from this apartment. They didn't like being asked to move to the public areas!

The accommodation was perfect , very clean , very well equipped, with home comforts, quiet, relaxing. Communication with host excellent. It is located in a quiet area , short walk to all amenities In Puerto del Carman.

We can honestly say there was nothing not to like.
