Great location, lovely balcony, air conditioning, quiet complex

Property was really clean, spacious and everything you needed. The property is easy to find and instructions to gain access was self explanatory.

Double bed as opposed to twin beds 👍, lovely large private balcony which got the sun all day, quiet location, washing machine was a big plus. Pool was large and was quiet every day

A local information pack could be helpful although not a problem for us as we know the resort

Great location, less than 10 mins to the strip/sea front where there are lots of bars, restaurants and a well stocked Spa for all your needs. This is a slightly quieter end of the strip, which is exactly what we wanted. It still has everything you could possibly need and want. If you want the busier part of the strip, it's only a 20 minute stroll, and if you want to go the the old town/harbour end, it takes about 45 minutes, or grab a taxi - only costs approx 4 Euros. The apartment is Very quiet both day and night. It has a lovely big balcony with dining table and rattan furniture. There is a key operated safe, and Aircon in the living room. The host was very quick to reply to any enquiries I had, and was very friendly and helpful. She even ordered us a taxi when we were leaving as we had an early flight. For the money we paid, everything was great 😊 Thanks again we'll be back.

My only recommendations would be for a fan in the bedroom as it can get a little warm, and for something to be done about the patio doors. They rattle quite loudly when windy (which Lanzarote often is) and it kept us awake some nights. We found that putting some folded paper or a peg into some of the framework helped.

Cristina was a great host. Instructions on arrival were perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was an added bonus. Everything was superb!

The only negative, and a really small one, is that the bath towels left fluff everywhere and we had to stop using them.

Very nice apartment, in a nice clean complex., with good facilites, including swimming pool. Location was very good, 7 mins walk from the strip. Host was very helpful.

Patio doors rattled a lot in the wind.
