Paradise Club L28 & L29

Firstly the location was really good for a stroll to the main strip where the Shops and Restaurants are located. Other plus points being the size and cleanliness of the Apartment together with the facilities, the swimming pool, good amount of sunbeds and the quietness despite being near the main part of Puerto del Carmen

No welcome pack not even a bottle of water. No direct personal contact throughout our stay except by text messages. The bathroom shower had very low pressure when turned up to warm plus. Also (not a direct fault of the property) the major shopping Supermarket just a two minute walk from the Apartment was closed for renovation.

Great location. Excellent communication with Jacqui throughout. Apartment was clean and spacious and having 2 bathrooms was brilliant.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment,secure entrance.Small but well maintained pool, plenty of loungers and grounds/grass regularly attended and kept tidy. Big balcony which catches the late afternoon and evening sun 🌞 Well equipped kitchen,everything you might need. The stars of the apartment were Jacqie the owner who kept in touch regularly making sure we had all details needed and were enjoying our holiday. Also Antoinette the cleaning lady who changed beds ,towels and whizzed round leaving everything clean and fresh was fantastic, we loved her personality and chat 🤩.

location was great jacqui was top class and very helpful the cleaner did an exilent job the facilitys and furnishings were maintained and in great condition

nothing it was great the only small thing as it was very hot when we stayed it would have been nice to have a fan but i think thats been very picky
