Apartment Caleton Blanco, central Puerto del Carmen

Nice apt ,relatively quiet , comfortable bed .

Not a big fan of so many steps to apt. Apt needs a laundry basket to use when taking laundry from washing machine . Oven needs rubber seal replaced . Everything else is fine

The location of the property was really good right in the strip bonous was the super market was 1 mins away .

The property was excellent very big and the balcony was huge only down side to this property is their were to many steps which my husband and myself struggled with god job my daughter came with us to get our luggage up all those steps.

The property is in a good location. The pool area is good

It was like a oven, it’s around 3 euros a night for air conditioning, best going to the arcade and stocking up on euros has its a money meter .The air con is in the bedrooms only, The bathroom lets the property down especially the shower area When you go on the balcony the adjacent complex has rubbish all over which spoils the view. There’s lots of steps leading to the property & on entering in to the complex there’s lots of grease and grime from the restaurant & broken floor tiles which could be a trip hazard

Shower was a bit dated but wouldn’t put us off staying here

Excellent location. Very spacious apartment and balcony. Plenty of towels and day to day appliances such as iron, hairdryer..etc

The location was excellent except for all the steps

Read all previous reviews they all were excellent but the property wasn’t clean curtains dirty couch very stained aircon didn’t work and emailed lanzerote one the letting agent and was told to pay for it and that is the answer stating that this was in the description of the apartment but I can’t seem to see that in description so i thanked them for their response and left it at that also on the day of arrival refused early check in even thou we were allowed to drop of bags early and apartment was ready tried calling letting agent on day of arrival no response or call back

We love the space in the apartment. How clean the apartment was. How accommodating the management of the accommodation were. We loved the location so close to the beech and the strip in PDC. The beds were very comfortable and we will definitely be back to this apartment.

The only bad thing we can say is the pool was way to deep the shallow end was over 6ft deep so could not enjoy the pool.
