Casa Arrigo - Splendido bungalow centrale con grande terrazza e vista mare

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The host was very friendly, and we could drop off our luggage before check-in. The cleaning lady was also very nice. When we checked in, the host met us and explained everything about the kitchen appliances and the washing machine. They had everything in the apartment: beach towels, a cooling box for the beach, and they even left a bottle of wine, water, and milk in the fridge for us. The WIFI works most of the time great but in the evening it is sometimes slow. The accommodation was very clean, including the bathroom. If you need anything, the host is very easy to contact and responds quickly. When we were out of washing tablets, he came by and dropped them off. It was a very nice stay, and the location is great for going to the beach, with supermarkets close by. There are enough parking spots up and down the street near the accommodation.

The close proximity to the shopping centre and the old Town, and the Hos hosts were Lovely

The area

The owner. They tried to accuse us of breaking their old and rusted washing machine. They were looking for 600 Euro!. We were also accused of bringing an extra person. They said we would need to pay extra. A bed was not made up due to the owners oversight. Both these accusations were found to be untrue. We have never experienced such awful behaviour from owners. We are still in shock. We are very disappointed. Thankfully Booking.com customer service was wonderful and helped us in this situation.

Great Hosts Alessandra and Zeno. Very helpful. Met us at the Bungalow to show us around . Also great communication and checking we had everything we needed for our stay . Lovely welcome pack with nibbles & Cava , a lovely gesture. The Bungalow is in a great location next to the shopping centre for all your needs . There are lovely restaurants and an open air cinema too . Short walk to everything. Bungalow is lovely and clean with all cooking facilities. Lovely terrace area with great views. We also had use of beach chairs & parasol and beach towels . They really have thought of everything. We can’t wait to return .

The apartment is very nice and clean. It is close to the main restaurants and shops of the town. And you can reach the beach in few minutes
