Great location in a quiet area yet only a short walk into the main town. Room was super clean and spacious with all the basic amenities one required - lovely veranda in well maintained gardens that was ideal for sitting out on and relaxing after work, but also because it was the best place for WiFi reception. Dionysis is a great, accommodating host and nearly always on hand to assist if required.

WiFi in my room was poor! Virtually zero reception which meant I had to go outside to the veranda every time I needed to be online which for me was important as I was travelling for work. Not sure if this is the same for the rest of the building.

The location of this hotel was great, just off the main street of Skala but also nice and quiet at night. The room was cleaned twice during my four day stay which was a good bonus. Dennis was a great and close by in case I had any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

To begin with it was very close to the beach, walking distance. Dionysis himself was very friendly and accommodating. The room was exactly what I expected, with an option to cook on a portable stove, fridge and utensils. Given that I was combining leisure with work, the uninterrupted Wi-Fi connection was greatly appreciated. The unit itself was very clean and upkeep perfect! I plan to visit again next year.

Very nice owner, beautiful place, good location and more

We booked 2 bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable, every room is equipped with air conditioning, one room has balcony and sea view and other room has garden view. Cleaning was every day, host Dionysios was very nice and helpful, special thanks! Both windows has mosquitiera but we didn't find many mosquitos. The location is perfect, it's literally 5 min by walk to everything: beautiful Skala beach, village center with many shops,bars, restaurants and bakeries. Very beautiful village, you have everything you want there. Near by very tastefull souvlaki kiosk for take away. Also near by we had bus stop to go to Agrostoli - the capital and travel agency where we rented some excursions and a boat. Kitchen is small but enough to cook some meals if you like to cook. The bathroom is big and comfortable comparing to standard Greek micro bathrooms, who knows knows). Will go back there again. Oh and it's 10 min driving from the Poros port where ferries to Zakyntos depart
