Apartament zlokalizowany na I piętrze w budynku wielorodzinnym niewyposażonym w windę na bardzo klimatycznym i pełnym zieleni osiedlu. W pobliżu stawy i strefa rekreacji dla dzieci z siłownią plenerową, placem zabaw i innymi atrakcjami. Duży bezpłatny parking dostępny pod blokiem. Mieszkanie posiada balkon. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne garnki i naczynia. W łazience wanna z prysznicem. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Na pewno chętnie bym tutaj wrócił.

Trochę kurzu zebrało się w trudniej dostępnych miejscach np. pod łóżkiem czy za pralką. Przez cienkie ściany bloku słychać było sobotnią imprezę u sąsiadów czy spuszczaną wodę w łazience. Krzesła i stół w części jadalnianej są niedopasowane pod względem wysokości.
