Luxury 3 Bedroom Condo - Beachfront Complex at Mareazul - Buena Vida

Tout était conforme à la description et à nos attentes. Le logement est parfait, spacieux, confortable, propre. Vue sur piscine et sur mer. Arrivée facile, conciergerie efficace et attentionnée. La piscine est top et la plage privée est juste en dessous. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable.

La résidence est située à l'écart du centre-ville, qui n'est réellement accessible qu'en voiture. ça peut être un inconvénient, en fonction de ce que l'on recherche.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful. The space was very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with a good air conditioner and furniture and appliances. From the thoughtful amenities to the convenient location, it truly felt like a home away from home. Whether it was the great view to the pool, cozy beds, hot tubs, and table and seats outside in the patio, it also had ice chest to use if you desire to go to the beach, every detail was just right. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great flat with lots of space and a huge balcony. Well equipped. Enormous pool and direct access to a nice beach. Staff were very friendly. I really liked the flat and enjoyed my stay. You will need a car, as the location is 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen.

I didn’t realize there was a $500 USD security deposit, and if you don’t pay it in cash, there’s an extra $50 USD fee. In my case, the property manager didn’t manage to collect the deposit, so I had no problem.

Modern condo and quiet location at the edge of town. Pool is awesome!

Was not cleaned prior to our Warning: Nasplaya LLC tried to scam my PayPal account two months after we paid a cash $500 USD deposit (which was refunded to us back in June). DO NOT GIVE THEM a credit card as a deposit!!! Have since blocked and reported them to PP. Left a bad taste in our mouth after having a wonderful holiday in PDC.

El complejo de manera genral esta padre al igual que sus alrededores, asi como la relacion precio-calidad.

Que concierge un mes antes me solicito claudicar la propiedad, supuestamente porque al dueño se le antojo usarla ese mismo fin de semana (o quizas buscaban rentarla por un precio mayor), donde me ofrecieron otras opciones de menor calidad. Asi mismo, 2 de los 3 dias que estuvimos ahi hubo interrupcion del servicio electrico en todo el complejo, perdimos comida y tuvimos que cambiar planes. Esto fue lo peor, muchas horas sin energia electrica, dos dias repetidos. Carecen de un plan de contingencias para este tipo de situaciones.
