Daniele est très sympathique et arrangeant, il nous a laissé sa place de parking pour que nous ne soyons pas garées trop loin. Le logement est idéalement situé, proche du centre ancien et facilement accessible depuis l'extérieur. Parfaitement équipé, très propre, terrasse super agréable.

Pas très bien isolé phoniquement par rapport à l'appartement voisin si vous avez le sommeil léger mais franchement sinon, rien à redire!

Fomos super bem recebidos por Alessio. Atebcioso, nos deu varias dicas da cidade ,restaurantes etc. Apartamento reformado, completo, bem equipado. Proximo ao centro de Poliano a Mare. Capsulas de cafe e alguns croissants e cookies como cortesia para o cafe da manha .

Unico ponto a prestar atençao e ao descer do quarto no mezzanino para nao bater a cabeça. Senti falta de um friguideira . Mas muito completo.

La réalité est encore mieux que sur les photos : l’étage intermédiaire n’est pas si problématique, les enfants étaient ravis d’avoir chacun leur lit, et la partie bas de plafond est uniquement sur l’entourage. Par ailleurs, la terrasse est plus grande que sur la photo, il y a une partie qu’on ne voit pas avec une chaise longue suspendue. Pour le reste, tout était très bien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites denrées offertes (café, biscuits…), dont des condiments comme de l’huile d’olive, etc. Daniele est un hôte très réactif. Localisation idéale. Supermarché à proximité.

Dans l’idéal, il manquerait un micro-ondes… ainsi que des allumettes pour pouvoir allumer les bougies d’extérieur ;-) Sinon, il y a deux prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas très bien, mais il y en a d’autres ok.

Fully equipped with everything you might need for a short to medium long stay. Close to the center and the sea. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. The host is very kind and welcoming. Had no problem with extending my stay by a day. The terrace was definitely my favourite spot in the apartment.

Had some problems closing the door to the building as it sometimes got stuck open. Bidet sadly did not work either. Also had some issues with the WiFi.

La pulizia e lo staff e la struttura

Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony apartament z tarasem, który w okresie letnim na pewno jest dodatkowym atutem. Łatwy dostęp do wszystkich atrakcji, restauracji, morza i centrum miasta. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i dzielący się rekomendacjami na temat dostępnych atrakcji w pobliżu. Zdecydowanie wybrałabym to miejsce ponownie .

Apartment is perfectly clean, new and equipped with everything needed to feel like stay at home. Terrace is a great place. Location is perfect, 5 mins walk from the center and old town. Daniele is one of the the kindest hosts I have ever met, always available and helpful. Thank you very much for this experience!
