Primera linea de Playa del Ingles y las Dunas de Maspalomas

Carmen, the cleaning lady of the house, met us at the entrance of the property, shortly after we messaged the onwer about our exact arrival. She was very kind, welcoming and helpful, and she did her best to show us around the house, though she didn't know it very well. We are very happy with the personalised welcome into the property. The house had almost everything we needed for a week's stay.

The property offers internet but it did not actually work properly, The internet speed was not the issue, but the actual wifi router kept disconnecting every 10 minutes particularly during busy hours. The router was not inside the apartment, so we were not able to reset it or adjust it. We had to message the owner and insist that it was not working properly, but he initially tried to avoid doing anything. Finally, he accepted to ask the building manager to reset the wifi router, and then the internet worked perfect for a day. After that, it started showing disconnection issues again. At the end we did not want to bother the owner again so we went to the building next door (Las Tabaibas) and asked them to kindly offer us the use of their internet because their signal was better. We could have also used our mobile phone internet but the location of the building close to the beach makes the mobile signal too weak. It was very difficult to make a simple phone call on our mobile. The mobile internet signal inside the building is very bad, and this should have been explained in the advert, so we feel rather disappointed. Moreover, the seafront location makes the property noisy because of the crowds of people walking in front of the building, and also because of the bars and clubs near the house. If the bedroom windows and the balcony doors were double glazed and soundproof ,the noise would not have been a problem. Overall, the apartment is not recommended for a relaxing holiday, but is very good for those who like clubbing and staying up all night.

Location was excellent. Amazing view from the balcony. Basic amenities are provided. Bed was really comfortable.

Wonderful location.. View of beach.. Nice little swimming pool.. very clean modern apartment!

A few simple things were missing - (for example, in the kitchen) a quick water-boiling pot, a cutting board, maybe 2 more coffee cups so that we wouldn't have to wash them each time. But everything worked fine anyway. It would have been nice to include specific directions how to reach the apartment from Sandia. (Go to rear exit, walk all the way to Calle Luna, which has a strange bend) Otherwise everything was really very pleasant!
