"Muy buena ubicación, falta mantenimiento y/o reforma."

La ubicación, las vistas y que el balcón tenga toldo. La cama de matrimonio era cómoda, y que haya dos ventiladores se agradece ahora en verano.

La cocina es muy antigua y los fogones deberían de cambiarse. El baño también necesita una reforma. La litera es incómoda y muy antigua, los colchones se hunden. . El armario está roto y le falta una puerta. Para dormir 3 personas está correcto. Con una reforma y/o un buen mantenimiento este apartamento estaría muy bien ya que la ubicación es ideal.

Falta total de mantenimiento instalaciones muy antiguas. Muebles rotos y colchones viejos. No es un apartamento para 5 personas.

les vistes i la localització.

Assegureu-vos que han canviat la cuina de gas butano perquè era molt antiga ( dels anys 70 ) i inclús els botons d'encendre el foc se't quedaven a les mans. No sabien si estava engegat o parat, podia sortir gas sense voler-ho.
