Ag.apostoloi studios

The Studios are easy to find via Google maps and there is street (or port) parking nearby. You have to call the owners for someone to meet you upon arrival. The Studios are in a good location, close to the seafront, shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Our “Studio with Terrace” had a double bed with soft mattress and pillows, one bedside table, two bedside lamps, a rack with hangers (serving as a wardrobe), a small metal table and two taverna chairs, one wicker chair, a TV and A/C. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge, one electric cooking hob, a gas camping stove, basic crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, dish soap and sponge. The bathroom makes best use of limited space, so the shower is a decent size. There was good water pressure and plenty of hot water (presumably solar). Shampoo, shower gel and liquid hand soap are provided. The wi-fi worked well. The room has a large terrace looking across a grassy patch of waste ground, home to two ducks. It is furnished with a wooden table and two chairs, two wicker bar stools, two large umbrellas of palm fronds (in need of repair), and a clothes drying rack.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, but the following comments may be useful for some prospective guests. The room is rather stark, all white painted and with overhead lighting from a bare bulb. The kitchenette has no electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutting board or bread knife. The wash basin is rather low, and there were no extra pillows. You do hear noise from adjacent rooms, and especially from the water pipes.

Room was nice although a bit small. It had a small stove for cooking and basic cookingware. Nicely decorated and very clean.

The room faced north so we didnt have direct sunlight to dry clothes. It is not sound proof and you could clearly hear the room next door in the middle of the night... The bathroom floor overflowed with water after a long shower...
