Everything was to an excellent standard. Host was great. All the little things thought of.

Grazia was an amazing host and provided everything we needed for our stay. Our towels and sheets were changed halfway through and she checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Location was amazing with everything only a short walk away. We loved it and will be back.

Property was centrally located. Great view. Fully equipped. We appreciated having an espresso maker & the toiletries in the bathroom.

Wonderful location in a quieter part in the heart of old Monterroso.

Excellent location steps from restaurants, and the center of town. We loved being so close to the center, and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was bright, and clean, and had everything we needed. Good water pressure in shower. And the washing machine is a wonderful convenience when traveling! Grace was an excellent host and made us feel at home immediately. We would stay here again!

Three things to consider: 1)We visited during a hot month, with temperatures in the high 80's-low 90's Fahrenheit. The air conditioning in the main unit could not keep the unit cool, while the AC in the second bedroom could make you freeze (great for sleeping). 2) This would be fine, except the rooms are separated by a hallway, and there is another apartment in between the rooms. You had to constantly lock doors when moving between the main apartment and second bedroom. This was more of a nuisance than a problem, however. During cooler weather, the main apartment would be perfect for a couple visiting. 3) As this is a historic building in the old section of town, there are steps to get up to the apartment. These are old and uneven. Hold the rail and you'll be fine.

The owner was lovely. She met us at the apartment and walked us through the check in process. She was kind and welcoming which was delightful. The air conditioning was amazing. The apartment was clean and the second room with its own bathroom was amazing. There is a grocery store next door which was convenient. Restaurants were everywhere nearby. This was a great spot.

There is no elevator and the stairs were steep. Not a problem unless your wife brings too much luggage. Just FYI. It was a bit of a maze to navigate but we found it. The second bedroom is a completely separate room across the hall from the main Studio. I thought it was great, however my wife wasn't thrilled about having the kids alone in the other room. I also put this as a bonus.

Maria Grace was very helpful & punctual for our appointment. Great location. Appartement completely independent, clean & welcoming. Great hospitality by the host. Certainly will be back for another visit! Thanks Maria.
