Casa do Barco, Vista Praia Armação Pêra

The Location was Perfect. The aesthetic of the apartment was pretty.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa do Barco in early March 2025. It was a little windy that week to utilize the balcony but enjoyed the view from the apartment. You are on the 11th floor and are about 5 minutes from the beach and the Promenade is right across the street. There are all sorts of restaurants and amenities along and just off the Promenade which made the location ideal. The other important note is that there was more than enough parking space across the street at this time of year, something we had encountered problems with at other bookings. There are a number of grocery stores within walking distance although we preferred to do our major shop at the Continente. It’s a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. We ran into a problem with Air Portugal after they changed the times of our flight. Duarte was more than accommodating and he always responded promptly to any of our enquiries. The only thing we had an issue with was the stove. It has a “blast” feature to heat fast, so just be aware of that. Duarte also provided all the user manuals for every appliance in the apartment which was awesome.

Everything was great.

Good location, unfortunately there was construction on the roof top which killed our experience

Unbeliveble view from windows! Marine style and furniture.

I loved the property , I am familiar with the location but the apartment itself was very modern , amazing Wi-Fi . Duarte will always try get back to you as soon as he can
