For Sea Apartment

Very clean,sleep like home ,what needed kitchen its full like home,nice terrace nice view ocean,comfortable beds,everything very nice and good

no barbecue but I’m didn’t ask about barbecue 😀

Location very central to restaurants and shops, water taxis. Underground parking. Property very clean and tidy - and plenty of supplies provided (dishwasher, washing up liquid, laundry detergent, loo roll etc) which is always useful. Hosts very friendly. Two terraces wonderful.

There is building work nearby - obviously outside the hosts control. No noise in the evenings though.

It was first time for us in mainland Portugal and it did not disappoint! This is a perfect location for a quiet place where you can enjoy stargazing or sunset from the view of your own roof terrace! It's conveniently located just few hundred meters from the seashore where all the restaurants and night life is. You can also see the sea from the roof terrace and hear it if the wind is strong. Plenty of off street parking and also a garage parking available but we didn't use it as the street was more convenient. Beach is near by but you might consider taking a boat to take you to the island beach (1,5 Adult or 1 for a child return trip few minutes to take you over the short distance). There is also a outdoor pool for the property that is not heated but was warm enough for a swim during the day as the sun can reach it almost all day (early April - i think water temperature was around 18-19 degrees C). This is also close to Tavira - in our opinion a hidden gem as it's one of our favourite towns in the region for it's historic character.

As others mentioned there is a bit of building works going on from one side but it didn't bother us as the noise was low and didn't start until 8 or 9 in the morning. If you are out during the day you will probably not even notice. In the evening it was always finished by the time we were back.

The apartment is better in person. It's well located and fully equipped. The terrace has a nice Sea View and is great for having meals. The Swimming pool is also nice and there was hardly any people there.

Pillows were a bit too big and hard, bit I'm very picky with pillows.
