Camera ampia e spaziosa , posto centrale

Sulla struttura niente, c'è un pò di difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio

Struttura super pulita,ottima posizione, ti senti come a casa

La posizione e che vengano accettati gli animali. La dotazione di stoviglie, biancheria e prodotti per la pulizia della casa è stata adeguata.

La casa avrebbe bisogno di una "rinfrescata". Non è piacevole trovare una maniglia di una finestra sporca e impiastricciata. Così come non è piacevole non poter appendere il doccino ma doverlo tenere in mano mentre ci si lava. Scarico della doccia molto lento dopo la prima volta che si è usato. Idem per il phon che si piega e non sta su. Inoltre è un peccato che lo spazio esterno non sia valorizzato nè curato: sarebbe un plus che non tutte le case hanno in un posto di mare. Sono piccole cose ma che un ospite nota. E per finire avrei voluto essere avvisata che c'è una telecamera (non so se attiva o meno) sopra la porta di ingresso.

Our second stay at this very well equipped property didn't disappoint, we were very grateful for the highly effective air conditioning!

Great location,close to the centre and the sea but quiet neighbourhood, great house with comfortable beds and air con in every bedroom, great little enclosed garden at the back for dinner at night or kids to play in, very kind and generous hosts,I would highly recommend!

Apartment is centrally located, 5-10 min walking to the beach on a one way street ( 250 m from a supermarket), consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one bedroom and a bath in the attic, the rest on the 1st floor), whilst on the GF there is a kitchen, a spare WC, a dining/living and a small garden. Dining possibilities in walkable distance, street/public parking should not be a problem (depending also on the time of the day). Owners left also some delicious "primo collatione" products in the fridge and dining area and did their best to solve our small issues (unfortunately there have been some language barriers)

Communication with the owners was difficult (Italian only) and led to some misunderstandings. Cleaning could be improved (garden area and attic). Water pump is quite noisy and can be heard from every corner of the house, but as we ocuppied the whole building as one family that was not really disturbing. Tap water not potable.

The property had everything one could have wanted and needed, it was incredibly comfortable, spacious and well furnished. It was a short walk to the south beach, in a very central location, near the main square. Perfect!
