Die Lage des Appartmenthaus

Unsauber, ( Grundreinigung notwendig),es riecht aus der Toilette, lieblos eingerichtet. Sofa durchgesessen, Balkonstühle in die Jahre gekommen, es sollte dringend renoviert werden. Minimalistisch eingerichtet. Hundehaare auf dem Sofa. Kein Staubsauger. Selbst der Besen gehört erneuert. Keine Möglichkeit Jacken aufzuhängen Wir werden es nicht weiterempfehlen

Ruhige Umgebung, kurze Wege an den Strand und Ortsmitte

Entgegen Informationsbroschüre im Apartment nicht kürzlich renoviert. Von der Kommode im Schlafzimmer löst sich Lackbeschichtung, so dass dort angelegte Sachen beschmutzt werden. Stuhl im Essbereich beschädigt, Lampenschirm bei Standlicht nicht bzw. nur noch Reste vorhanden (Verletzungsgefahr wegen Glasrest), schlichte Küchenausstattung, Matratze etwas durchgelegen, Bett knarrt auch bei leichten Bewegungen, Haus hellhörig.

Die Lage war sehr schöne und man war in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Gosch bei der Seebrücke.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr dürftig. Auf unsere Nachricht das wir abgereist sind kam bis heute keine Antwort.
