MD002 Precioso apartamento en primera linea de playa

The location is great: just 15 minutes from Fuengirola and 15 minutes from Marbella. The residence is decent, and the pools are also fine.

Follow my advice: if you want to enjoy a pleasant stay, go anywhere except this apartment. Here are the points I would like to share: 1. Key collection: the description mentions that keys are not handed over in person. What it does not say is that you have to go all the way to Fuengirola to pick them up and then drive back. After a long trip, you just want to settle in, but instead you lose another 40 minutes round trip. 2. The front door: upon arrival, it was impossible to open the door, which was completely defective. The person in charge sent someone more than an hour later, who managed to force it open. For part of the stay, we had to enter and exit through the terrace. Only halfway through the stay, thanks to my own DIY skills, was I able to adjust it slightly, but it still remained very difficult to use. 3. Safety issues: the bathroom door does not close. This problem had already been reported in previous reviews. Not only was it not fixed, but it actually got worse: the frame came loose, and one day a board fell on my head. Fortunately, it did not fall on my 3-year-old daughter. 4. Dirt and lack of hygiene: at first, you notice fragrances that mask odors. But in reality, the apartment is shockingly dirty: stained furniture, foul-smelling pillows, and a sofa bed covered with urine, blood, and hair. We reported all this, but the manager reacted with aggression and negligence in all interactions, sometimes even not responding at all. She only sent a mattress cover to hide the sofa bed, which was nothing more than a band-aid solution. 5. Mold: the apartment is plagued with dampness and mold. Neighbors even told us that the outside façade had been quickly repainted to hide the truth. Inside, the smell, cupboards, and walls clearly show an unhealthy place. 6. The manager’s attitude: the person in charge was disrespectful, aggressive, and unprofessional.

La Urbanización muy cuidada y a pie de playa. El apartamento muy amplio para una familia de 4. Nos encantaron las piscinas, una es de agua salada .

La limpieza del apartamento muy deficiente. Tuvimos que comprar unas fundas para el colchón del sofá cama, porque estaba muy sucio y lleno de manchas ,( esto lo pusimos en conocimiento de la Agencia.)

The view from the balcony was lovely.

No clean sheets we had to wash them ourselves. Had to pick the keys up from fuengerola which was a huge detour on our arrival. Poor service off the vendor. We cleaned the apartment every day and after we left the vendor tried ripping us off for €80 saying the room smelt. Loved the apartment but felt very let down by shoddy vendors.
