Luxory Suites

I didn't like anything about this place, nor its staff. I even had to pay from my own pocket for another accommodation because I wouldn't spend more than a few minutes there.

The apartment is a poorly equipped, super cold place. The heating system does not work continuously, so the property told me that I should wait 2-3 hours before the room could be warm again (it was 16 °C). They did not accept to cancel my booking and refund me, but insisted I should just wait in the cold.

The apartment was very clean and really safe! We could arrive even before the time that was settled. That was really nice. The neighbours were great as well. There were no noises from them, and they were nice when we met in the hallway. There were no issues whatsoever, and the owner was really understanding and always wanted to help with anything! When we come to Milan again, we will definitely be coming back.

The location is too far from the metro.. It was ridiculously hard to find. No blankets on the bed, pillow was a rock.

The host was extremely rude and unhelpful upon our arrival, for which I have messages as proof that I will attach in the official report to Booking.com. I have messages because the host never answered the phone but insists on corresponding with you via Whatsapp. There are incredibly thin pillows in the apartment (they don't match the ones shown on Booking.com), we spent two very, very uncomfortable nights, almost without sleep (see photos below). On the edge of the shower there is visible moisture and a black muff, disgusting. The size of the television screen is simply unacceptable for the 21st century, but that is a subjective opinion. At the end of your stay, the host insists in the instructions that a certain sum for the city tax should be left on the table, while on the day of departure he asks for another, larger sum. As far as I know, the tourist tax should be included in the price and clearly stated as an item on the bill, so we were most likely cheated and robbed. Who pays for anything today without an invoice, especially in the tourism industry? I could go more into detail with everything but I think I have said enough. I absolutely don't recommend this place.
