Easy access to City center. Calm and peace place. Surrounded with handful of restaurants. They contacted us time to time asking about the stay and all.

Was mentioned Airconditioned apartment, unfortunately single room was airconditioned out of three bedrooms+ living rooms. Also it was not working properly. Bedspread, Bed Sheet and Pillow covers are not properly washed and kept. Bathroom is not clean and maintained. For this pathetic facility they insisted to make prepayment two days before the check in day.

I liked the location of the property, and it was clean and spacious. EXCELLENT FOR FAMILY.

The whole location was good and the stay was very good

The owner initially mentioned to pay 500 extra for an additional 6 hours of stay before the Check in Later during my check out, they asked to pay the full day charge which was wrong.

There was no hot water coming in the bathroom and hence we had to use one single bathroom for 10 members which was annoying for all 3 days. Also there were no cleaning staff and the soaps kept for the vessel washing was stinking. Overall it was not a good experience

Last moment they cancelled the booking without any reason.. Alternatively arranged booking which is not feasible..

Nothing to like, as I waste (they spoil) 1.5 hrs of my vacation time at the road side, looking for resolution for alternative stay. The property was not available for my stay.

The above property is unavailable to stay, we arrived by 1730 hrs, we have to wait around 01 hrs to get an alternative property. Calling the property is a divert call to suverna properties, where they keep on telling that they don't have any msg on my confirmation. Though my call to booking.com confirmed my booking. After correspondence with booking.com (very good experience, very helpful and professional) I received a msg, person to contact to reach alternative property. Even though the property is owned by suverna group, stay was good and comfortable except the property charged us a higher amount.
