We loved the location, because it is so remote and in the mountains, a peaceful getaway! Also we loved to have a wood stove (we were here in November) and that it was already lit for us when we arrived, that was lovely! The space itself is very cozy and clean. We definitely would love to come back some time in the summer to explore the biking and hiking trails around as there are many, so that's also a big plus for someone looking for an adventure getaway :)

It was very difficult to set a warm temperature as it was either really cold or burning hot and it switched from hot to cold when I was taking a shower, so it was rather an adventure. The faucet in the kitchen is wired the opposite way than is indicated so hot is actually cold water and cold is actually hot water. Also the cabin turned into a party hut at the weekend, which might be great if you love partying yourself but we rather go to bed at 9 or 10pm which was impossible with the noise level and dancing that shook the floor. Additionally, the staircase up to the apartment is steep and can get slippery when wet or icy, which was a bit tricky with our two dogs, but we managed. Just something to be mindful of if travelling with kids or pets.
