MARIA Studios & Apartments

Location near the sea, beautiful view. Very clean, Maria cleans the place everyday. She even gives sweet treats every morning, such a nice lady. Confortable bed, no bad smells from the bathroom. Nice terrace with view.

The bar downstairs. They sometimes can be loud and if you're looking for a good night sleep, this can be a problem. Bring ear plugs.

The hospitality and kindness of Mrs. Maria, the sweet surprises every morning. The location of the accommodation near the sea, the cleanliness, the rooms and the kitchen equipped with everything, everything more than perfect.

Curățenie, distanța foarte aproape de mare. Gazda, doamna Maria extraordinară, ne aștepta în fiecare dimineață cu prăjituri de casă!

Muzica de la cafeneaua de la parter care ținea până la 1 noaptea. Doar din camera noastră de deasupra cafenelei se auzea, în celelalte camere era liniște.

Ms Maria is amazing! She made our stay very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and a few extras on top of that. I look forward to returning there next time I am at Agios Ioannis!

Η διαμονή ήταν καταπληκτική ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος με πολύ ωραία θέα, η κυρία Μαρία πάρα πολύ καλή και εξυπηρετική φιλόξενη και ευγενική, διαμονή αξέχαστη και ξεχωριστή. Κυρία Μαρία σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα .

The property was amazing. The location couldn’t be any better. Right next to the beach with restaurants and amenities right at your doorstep. The host Maria was so friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay. Our room was fantastic, large with a view straight out to the sea. Maria is an amazing host she really cares about her customers. Morning baked treats were a delight. Immaculate property with pretty garden pots of colour. We will return from Australia and stay again, everything was perfect. Sad to leave, headed to the cafe/bar directly underneath for a coffee on our last day. And met and chatted with such a lovely lady who makes the best Freddo Cappuccino.
