Appartamento Fiocco Di Neve

The host was really sweet. We were really late to reach at night for check-in but she provided all the info and facilitated online checkin. The location is great and the house is really cozy. The rooms were also clean.

The toiletries you have to bring on your own or pay separately for it. Also the bathroom doors didn't have lock. Other than that everything was perfect.

Even though the appartment is very nice and quite well located (a few minutes walk to the lift and material renting places) we felt like a little bit like a burden during our stay. They don’t provide any basics such as wc paper, paper towels, anything to wash dishes or the kitchen.. They make you pay 15€ for towel/person. Wifi was one of the few services included and didn’t work at all. They very clearly ask a good behaviour (trash, dishes, etc.) from you but don’t really make any minimal effort in return as hosts. It is maybe a good price for the whole place but you should know you are paying only for the appartment, nothing else.

Very clean, two bathrooms, large living area. Comfortable beds and especially extremely comfortable pillows

The parking space is too short. Towels are not included in the apartment rental price. When booking, I did not find such information on the website.

Nice location and the apartment was spacious

There wasn’t written in the description on Booking that we have to pay extra for the towels and that we have to clean the apartment at the end. The fact that there wasn’t soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies , wasn’t very pleasant. It should be mentioned beforehand that the towels cost 15euro more per person, not after you book the apartment. The building looked very out of shape from the outside. Luckily on the inside it was nice.

This is a lovely property, with plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped (although items are spread over many cupboards, so we opened a lot to find things!) and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful and responds quickly. Check in was easy, the host sent us detailed instructions which were easy to follow.

We had a few questions (how to turn the heat on, wifi password, where the bins where) which meant we had to message the host a lot - she was very happy to help, quick to respond and didn’t make us feel like we bothered her, but it would be great to have all this information in a booklet at the property or emailed on arrival!

It should be pleasant apartments in old house. Yes it have big living room, nice retro furniture, good sanitary facility. BUT. The host does not care about apartments and now it needs serious maintenance. I would love this apartments if everything was in order. And it does not take a lot of time and money to make these apartments excellent. Unfortunately it is not.

That is the list what is wrong in apartments: 1.dirty sticky table in living room 2. super noisy ventilators in both toilets 3. There are only two different size and style wine glasses 4. Absence of tea pot 5. Small parking place in 4-persons apartments (if you have two cars you should move one of them somewhere, if you have big car you also should move it) 6. Absolutely not usable wifi 7. weak lightening in living room and kitchen.

it was clean, beds were comfortable. owner was always reachable by WhatsUp.

Missing some essential things: soap, extra toilet paper, towels, garbage bin bags. Flat requires renovation, but ok for few nights. Only 1 and very expensive supermarket nearby, otherwise need to drive some 7 km. for anorher one. In summer location is only good for hiking, otherwise far and dangerous mountain road to drive to Ortisei/ Val Gardena and nearby attractions.
