The apartment is clean, bright, has everything you need: dishes, kettle, household items, towels... Close to the sea, to the bus stop, to the beach! I recommend! 👍

I lacked the little things: salt, sugar 🙈🤪 It takes a long time to get to the center of Palma for an excursion, for example

El alojamiento es amplio y muy comodo! La ubicacion genial y tranquila, lo unico que he le pondria algo de pega son las almohada que me han resultado incomodas, pero eso es muy personal. Tambien hemos echado a faltar alguna mantita para el sofa. Por lo demas todo genial y muy limpio.

Die Lage ist gut.

Die Baustelle nebenan war gut erträglich, weil dort angenehme Arbeitszeiten beachtet wurden. Die Müllentsorgungssituation bzw. die Müllsammelsituation auf dem Grundstück ist stark verbesserungswürdig: Die Mülleimer sind zu klein, im Flur lag über einige Zeit etwas herum, durchfegen könnte helfen und auf dem Grundstück lag einiger Müll herum, Das schmälert den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Dier Einstiegsteg zum Estany (Strand) hatte durch den Wind gelitten und war mehrere Tage nicht nutzbar und dann nur provisorisch "repariert" worden.

"Strandnaher Aufenthalt"

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr geräumig geschnitten und bequeme Betten mit Bettdecken (nicht nur ein Laken) Der Strand ist quasi nur um die Ecke und 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung und kommen gern nochmal wieder.

Alles war super!
