The apartment was well equipped and laid out. Very comfortable beds, fantastic showers, great location, short walk to lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket 5 mins walk, parking on site.

Hard to fault the apartment, but as a family the second bedroom was doube rather than twin. Being so central in Cortina means that there is lots of morning traffic to work your way through to get out of town, but it moves and the benefits of being in town outweigh 10 mins extra journey time.

Everything was very clean and well organised. We felt at home

I am happy with my choice to stay in town in Cortina for my visit to the Dolomites. The apartment was well laid out and simply furnished. All the wood interior was warm and inviting.

The hosts are in the business of collecting money, not providing hospitality. While my only suggestion for the apartment itself would be to add a coffee table to the living room and a seating option for the front deck, almost every choice the management company made was poorly considered. Most alarmingly, the management company chose to let themselves into my apartment while I was sleeping without prior notice (and I had no way to bolt the door after he left to ensure that wouldn't happen again). I had to lay down because the stench of the cleaning chemicals was so strong it gave me an instant migraine (and the stench persisted for days). I woke up the next day to find my car was blocked in by street vendors that set up early and persisted the whole day. The road was full of loud trucks starting early and the only way to maintain a comfortable sleeping temperature was to keep the window open (no fans are provided, even upon request). Examples of getting the easy things wrong: (1) the check-in instructions were incorrect and incomplete (I pointed this out and received no response); (2) there were two bathrooms but only one bathroom trash can and one hair dryer (when I asked if there should be a trash can in the bathroom, their response was "I don't remember..."); (3) hand soap was provided in the form of a bar but no soap dish was provided so that was a mess; (4) each bed had only 2 flat pillows (luckily I only needed one bed so I used all the pillows for myself); (5) the trash can liners were too small for the trash cans so the bags collapsed into the cans upon use; (6) the oven wasn't cleaned. While not "wrong", I also would have expected but did NOT receive the following: coffee beans (at least for the first couple days), a more user-friendly way to make coffee and laundry detergent for the laundry machine. All this combined with the host's communication style did not lead to a pleasant stay.

The apartment was a lovely two bedroom/2 bath and excellent for two couples. It was clean with comfortable beds and close to the main walking area in Cortina giving it easy access to shopping and hiking. The kitchen had all of the basics needed. The balcony area also had a lovely view of the Dolomites. Two grocery stores are also within easy walking distance. The management staff was very helpful and responsive when I asked questions and communicated well with us throughout the stay.

The apartment is on a very busy road and, if the windows are open, is very noisy. As there is no air conditioning, we would need to have the windows open to cool the apartment and then close them at night to sleep. This is obviously not a problem when it is cold but inconvenient in the summer. It also would have been nice for the apartment to provide more basic dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and washer detergent as we were there for 6 nights and had to go out and buy all of this to use only a small amount. One tiny bar of soap for a week and two dishwasher pods is really not enough but this was a minor issue and more a suggestion for improvement.

The location was great … cleanliness great … loved the place , the rooms , the space , the balcony , the parking , the person on the phone was all perfect as per the description and pictures

Some basic amenities like proper soap bottles , washing gels , pods for washing machine and dish washer and maybe some kitchen items like salt sugar etc would be good idea for people coming for short stays under 10 days .

location facing busy one-way street was a bit loud in the evening. lots of construction going on nearby as well, we had quite a bit of noise.
