It was clean

Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. WiFi was not listed on the instruction sheet. Poor direction of where to drop off the rubbish. Ramp going into parking lot was slippery. Had a bad fall. Dated and not enough seating for 4 people.

The apartment itself was clean and spacious.

The parking was very inconvenient. You had to unload luggage and then park 350m walk away in an underground, I feel this wasn't fully disclosed in the site information. They did not have the proper plugs for the kettle and hairdryer (nothing to do with adapters). There was no coffee maker which I feel is basic. Location was not 'city' view, it was very much street & building view. I don't like to be negative and always try to be positive but this was the most expensive of the 6 places we stayed and it is the only one I would not revisit personally. I did a poor job of sourcing out a more reasonable and better unit for us. Also beware, during booking make sure you are aware of 1 night vs 2 night pricing. I got caught (no fault of host) but made this property not worth the $ in my opinion.

The location and the pillows . Quiet house in low season . A lot of space with 2 bathrooms

The check in is done via another hotel. The house is very difficult to find out even with gps. The staff doesn’t contact you in WhatsApp as in other locations. They give you a number for WhatsApp which you can not use. Difficult to arrive with luggage as the road is highly inclined . The cups in the kitchen were not clean.

Two bathrooms are helpful with four adults.

They advertise this as having parking available, but the parking is in a completely different location. Also, there should be an electric code entry. The check-in is not super close to pick up and drop off door key. It is a hassle. On top of that, they expect you to clean the room taking trash with you when leaving. I guess it is a party town because they do a pre hold damage deposit on credit card as well. We liked this apartment less than any of those we stayed in during our 3- week trip all over Italy and Europe.
