-very clean -well equipped kitchen -modern and cozy furtniture -free parking

-absolutely no soundproofing between floors - we were in ground floor and could hear every step and noise from the floor above into late night -no reception -very cold inside - we had to call phone support in order to increase the temperature, first two days it was very cold in the apartment, after the technician came it was ok, but still very cold floor in the kitchen because it is made of stone -electricity went down and we were not able to fix it -whistling noise from the stove -bad location, there is nothing around, 10 mins car ride to center -bed is really small
