Appartamento grande ristrutturato completamente, completo di tutto anche in zona cucina. Televisione e condizionatore in ogni stanza quindi ben tre. Posizione centrale, ci si muove a piedi.

La vista dalle finestre non è gran che in quanto danno sul giardino confinante piuttosto trasandato. Anche il condominio avrebbe bisogno...

Clean, spacious, bright, and well furnished appartment located very near the lake, promenade, and the town centre. Parking space right in front of the appartment. Friendly, helpful, and attentive host. All perfect - when we have another opportunity to visit Trevignano Romano, we will certainly seek for this accommodation.

Appartamento Fotonico! Grande, spazioso e in centro; difficilmente si trova un appartamento così pulito, moderno e luminoso ad uso booking; a volte non c'è parcheggio ma basta camminare poco oppure il proprietario si è offerto di aiutarci a trovarlo.

"Great for a family"

The location was great, Pietro met us when we arrived and showed us everything. He had also saved us a parking spot right next to the apartment. There is also a public parking lot not far from the apartment. There was a bit of a language barrier, as Pietro spoke Italian and we not so much, but we managed quite well. And messaging with Pietro was fast and easy, thanks to Google translate. The apartment was very clean and well equipped from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. We didn't try the laundry machine, but they had everything you need to wash your clothes, including detergent. The air conditioning worked well and the area was quiet and safe, lot of restaurants and the beaches nearby. We traveled with a 6 mo baby and there was a travel cot made ready for her, including her own towels.

The only thing we might comment on in any kind of negative way was the somewhat strong odor of a house parfume or cleaning substances that was in the air and took quite a bit of ventilation to reduce. But we would definitely come here again and thank Pietro for his outstanding hospitability!
