Location was good, close to the beach and the centre.

Bathroom was tiny and shower was poor

Casa molto bella e posizione ottima vicino al mare e comodissima con il centro.

Una sola cosa il box doccia molto piccolo da riadattare al resto della casa che è molto bella.

Property was a little difficult to find and being able to communicate with host by email only was slow.

Loved the place! Close to everything!

This was such a pleasant surprise! When I saw it was an attic room I was a bit worried that it would be high up in an apartment block, but it's actually in a low house as an attic room. It was in pristine condition, really nicely prepared for guests and really pretty outside. Theres trains going past nearby which could be annoying for some but my 5 year old loved it, he spent the entire time waiting by the window for the next train to pass. The location is perfect, so close to the centre and after seeing the other towns I think Monterosso al Mare is the best one.

The only thing that could be changed is to add a fan in the bedrooms but it wasn't too hot to sleep. Also if you have a baby (which we do but she was stable enough to not have it be a problem) the stairs going down could be tricky as they are not closed off. Maybe the hotel could provide a stair gate though.

We were disappointed that the information clearly states that there is a Living Room and Separate Bedroom but in reality there is a double bed and a sofa bed both in the living room for the third guest. There is a mystery door along the wall which could be mistaken for the bedroom but it does not open. This is misleading information. The owner insisted on receiving the tourist in cash. We have no receipt for this so we don’t know if the money was indeed paid as tax. Other points relating to the presentation of the accommodation: Cigarette butt on window sill at non-smoking accommodation. Banana skin in bin. Litter under bed from other guests. Wet linen and cleaning cloth in bathroom. Had to ask for more toilet paper which was delivered. Laundry left drying on deck on the clothes rack. Later we were told we could have used those towels when they had dried. We told the hostess about our frustrations. She did call in with toilet paper and wash products. She thought we were too picky.

Breakfast was good,,,the location is perfect. 2 min walk to the main area and beach, 10 mins to old town.

Wifi stopped working with no fix, although we were offered another room, but we were leaving next morning so no point, but the hosts did apologise and gave us free breakfast.

We were very happy with the apartment. Spacious and short walk to shops and the beach promenade. Good breakfast at Hotel Accini for 10 E. p.p. The railway line runs close by, but the noise was negligible

A bit unkempt and dirty in the outdoor area.
