Homely and relaxing with outdoor space. Central for visiting coastal villages. Owners were friendly and welcoming. Lots of nice art work on the walls

Everything that you would need was provided. The location was very quiet and the host came and met us after we arrived to show us how everything worked.

Nothing.

Lovely location. Lots of extras in the cottage and very roomy. Very sweet little courtyard and beautiful views of the sea. Looking forward to returning.

The lane from the road to the cottage was bumpy and rough. Not too long though so just have to drive really slowly

The owner, who lives next door,is very helpful but not intrusive. The cottage is lovely. Very quiet and secluded with really beautiful gardens and woodland to explore. Distant sea views. In the countryside but convenient for Lower Largo and St Andrews (easy, fast road.).

The heating is electric blow heaters on the walls that have to be individually operated remotely. They would be unlikely to be warm enough mid winter. There is no real fire. Electric convector heating is also dry and gives me a headache.

Beautiful scenery, gorgeous cottage, quirky style. Lovely field walks and surrounding grounds. Local beach was so beautiful. Host friendly and very helpful.

A great holiday home complete with everything you could need. Fully kitted kitchen, spacious lounge, nice size bathroom and great bedrooms. Lovely decor throughout, and the enclosed terrace was a great bonus. The views were fantastic too. Thank you for being dog friendly also!

We visited in November and, even with modern heating system put in, we were often quite cold if we'd turned if off. We didn't want to run the heating too often with the costs that the hosts would acrue, so bring some blankets to snuggle up on the sofa with! The electric blanket on the bed, however, was excellent.
