Apartamento Céntrico Puerto Del Rosario

We really enjoyed our stay. For two people the apaprtement is really spacious enough. There was everything we needed. In the kitchen, apart from equipment there were also oil, salt, coffee and so on. Owner was kind and friendly. It is good location for exploring the island because you are about 1 km away from central bus station.

Neighbours were sometimes little bit loud.

The apartment is well kept and clean. All basic facilities are working and in good condition. The check in was very straightforward with clear instruction from host. A quite area, so during the evening you can have a good nights rest. There is also a supermarket a few meters from the apartment which was super convenient.

Excellently equipped apartment to the north of the city centre. Host was very helpful and provided answers to questions promptly. I found the property well equipped and very comfortable. There are a few cafes, bars and restaurants around the area, plus a couple of supermarkets. The bus station is a 15 minute walk, town centre is 5-10 minutes. Overall a great place to stay in the centre of the island.

Couple of maintenance items: - plug for kitchen sink would be nice. - window by couch didn't lock, probably just need some cleaning or oil. Minor really.

Very nice cozy place on the first floor, lots of privacy and nice little yard to dry your clothes. The place is well situated and close to everything I needed (I did not have a car on this trip and so the location was important).

The lighting is a bit harsh, but that is a very minor nuisance given how nice the place is and how great the host is.
