Super attico della Brigata Spendereccia!

Loved the amount of space, the character of the apartment, the views and the location. Our host was also very kind and super helpful.

It was a little cold and couldn’t work out the heating but to be fair I didn’t ask and it might have been that there was a simple solution. Some things could have been a little cleaner but it wasn’t at all bad.

Conveniently located on the main highstreet. Quiet, bedrooms are at the back of the property, not overlooking the street. Several reasonably prices restaurants very close by.

Host sent picture of the front door which was very useful but did not say we had to go up a flight of stairs to get to it. Apartment is very dark, has quite old furnishings and quite cold (which could be a good thing in summer). No coffee capsules for coffee machine.

It was very very cold inside. Fuses blow out when we turned on heters. There was 1 bottle to gases heater. Only good place during the holiday not in the april

We rented both apartments for Christmas, and it was great. The places were really clean, big, and comfy, with everything we needed. The host was super helpful from the start, suggesting cool places to visit. They were also really nice, letting us stay longer than the usual checkout times. I'd definitely recommend it.

Heating for the bigger room could be improved.

Stunning apartment and room and dining areas are big enough .

The house is very cozy, the owner is super nice. We skipped the first night at the house because of some unlucky situation but he still supported us kindly even at late night, which was super super nice. Maybe you couldn’t find some things in the house, like the wifi pw, how to open the thermometer, etc. So keep in mind to ask him beforehand if you plan to come there at late night. We unfortunately couldnt find the dishwashing soap or the capsule but luckily he asked to clean the dishes for us. Highly recommend this house or any house of him since he’s very hospitality.

The thermometer seems didn’t work so the house is abit cold and dark.
