Casa In Piazza

The apartment is beautiful with all the amenities you need. The location is outstanding, with a view over the piazza. Our family loved staying here.

Direi tutto dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario, all’ottima soluzione abitativa, sia come posizione che come comfort generale, sicuramente consigliata

Appartamento molto carino e ben organizzato, curato e ristrutturato di recente in maniera ottimale e ben fatta. Al suo interno non manca assolutamente niente, sia per la cucina (ci sono anche i calici da vino😀) che per il letto e il bagno. Posto al terzo piano è facilmente raggiungibile con l'ascensore. È ubicato proprio nella piazza principale di Cividale del Friuli dove si possono fare colazioni super presso due bellissimi e noti bar pasticceria. Data la centralità pensavo fosse rumoroso, visto anche i campanili delle chiese vicino, ma le finestre isolano al 100% rumore e freddo. Proprietario molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi cosa. Io lo consiglio vivamente

Assolutamente niente

It was advertised as a B&B, no breakfast provided. The only good thing about this place was the location, on the piazza, close to cafes and town center. The host was friendly in a hurried way, very little time to show or explain the basics to us, eg the hot water, where the supermarket was, or a street directory. Just showed us the on/off switch on the air-con.

The apartment had a very bad odour when we arrived early to store our suitcases, it was still there after the cleaner had been to change the sheets and wet mopped the floor. We were left with very old towels, thin and worn out. The kitchen sink sponge and cloths were old and dirty. We had to ask on two occasions for some cleaning products, which we discovered some in a hidden cupboard in the bedroom. I discovered where some of the bad odour was coming from, it was the wet and dirty mop and bucket stored in the bedroom cupboard. The kitchen mat/carpet was covered in cooking spills, which I had to roll up and remove from the apartment to outside the front door. The lingering smell in the open-plan kitchen living area was also coming from the spill marks on the tablecloth left from the previous guests. The host left some clean tea-towels on our door handle for us to clean up after ourselves. We also had to clean up after the previous guests, including the stove and exhaust fan. The lounge/sofa bed had been used by the previous guests as a bed and dining table. The upholstery had dirty stains on it, the cleaner attempted to remove the stains and left us with a lounge with wet patches, unusable for a while. There was nothing to cover the lounge with, to try to mask the bad body odour from the previous guests, so we had to use a blanket from the main bedroom. There was no spare blanket for us to use when it became cold during the last few nights we were there. We had to cover the bed with our coats. There was no heat or exhaust fan in the bathroom only a window. The bathroom was crammed with a very small shower, hand basin, washer/dryer, hot water tank, bidet, toilet and the dirty mop and bucket (removed from the bedroom), and a bad odour from the drain, at least there was a good hair dryer. The washer/dryer had no filter, so left lint all over our clothes. Fortunately there was a coin-op launderette nearby so we could re-wash our clothes.

È un appartamento delizioso, arredato con gusto e praticità.non manca veramente nulla. È centralissimo, con ristoranti e pizzerie proprio sotto casa, ma nonostante questo è silenziosissimo. Il proprietario è gentile e simpatico.

Il sifone della doccia "sparava" e ha allagato il bagno, ma lo abbiamo segnalato subito e sicuramente sarà aggiustato in men che non si dica

Mieszkanie zlokalizowane na 2 piętrze w zabytkowej kamienicy w samym centrum miasta. Bezpłatny parking w odległości 3 minut od obiektu. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny właściciel, który osobiście przekazał klucze. Mieszkanie czyste i komfortowe wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy potrzebne do tygodniowego bytowania. W pobliżu wiele lokalów gastronomicznych oraz sklep spożywcze.

Jedyny mankament to strasznie powolna winda.

Krásné městečko, plné kulturních i gastronomických zážitků, pohodlné a vkusné ubytování a velmi milý hostitel.
