Love the area. The golf course was great and the club house is stunning. The apartment is well laid out and spacious with enormous balconies. Plenty of towels, kitchen equipment and bedding provided.

The air conditioning in two of the bedrooms didn't work during our stay. We informed the management on night 1 and were told it would be checked the next day. Heard nothing heading into night and again couldn't sleep for the intense heat in the bedroom, so I chased again and was told it had been investigated whilst we were out, and it was fine. It absolutely wasn't. Asked them to return again, preferably when we were in, so we could be there whilst they checked it. Low and behold on the 2nd check, it was confirmed to not be working, and we were told an air con technician had been called. Sadly, nobody turned up, and the best we got from the management team was to raise it through booking.com. in 40-degree heat, it is a pretty essential part of any apartment being rented. It's such a shame as it spoilt what should have been a great holiday.

Accommodation was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was in a very safe area and was checked out regularly by a security guard in a van. Dining and shopping facilities were within walking distance.

Unfortunately the apartment was not equipped with a hair dryer. There was a constant dripping sound that seems to be coming from a gutter. A second remote would be handy for the air conditioning system in one of the bedrooms.

We rented two apartments which were located on the same floor. They were super clean & had everything we needed. Exceptional property, would 100% recommend. Great location, walking distance from a strip of restaurants. We also had access to the pool.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Broadband in the block wasn’t great and requires some improvement.

The apartment itself was as we expected, comfy beds, nice bathroom, however, the showers could do with modernizing, you the shower heads are not very powerful, so felt like to were running around the shower/bath to get some water! Also photos showed bathrobes, which were not in the apartment. For the cost the hotel should consider a change of linen every week. The kitchen utensils could do with updating, some were broken, the toaster didn't work and the extractor hood wasn't working. The washing machine smelt of mold. BBQ was rusty and could be used. We had broken/chipped drinking glasses. The TV could do with a few more international channels. Sun loungers on the terrace not as in the photos. The day before we left the lift broke down and the apartment was on the 3rd floor, the hotel offered no support on how we would get our bags down when leaving the apartment!
