Antonella was a very helpful host. We arrived late at night at the location but we could check in without a problem. We were a group of 4 friends and the amneties were great for us. We had everything that we needed and our stay was great

The host communicated extremely well to ensure that we were comfortable and to make sure that everything was alright, even BEFORE we arrived! Our flight got delayed so we ended up getting to the property close to midnight and they didn't stop messaging me until I said that I was inside; that was the best welcome I ever received. The home was very cozy and in a very quiet area. Like I said we arrived around midnight and there wasn't a soul to be found. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would need. It even had some games that you could play! The host ensured that I had places to visit while I was there and checked in occasionally to ensure everything was going well (but not overbearing or annoying). If I had a question, they were very quick to respond.

The ONLY issues I had with the property was the WiFi kept going out so when we were trying to watch Netflix that they had installed on the TV (a very welcome bonus), it would go out at random and we had to keep restarting the router to get it to come back on. Also, the 1 AC unit they had upstairs in the bedroom was nice (especially considering how HOT it was), but it didn't really get that cold. There was a remote, but there weren't any batteries in it so I couldn't potentially lower the temperature, but the air that was blowing was better than nothing.

The apartment is located very close to the lake and the City (Dezencano). There are free parking spots 50m from the house. The apartment was nicely furnished with enough space for 3. The hosts were great and gave us a lot of suggestionen. We are looking forward to visit again!!!
