L'alloggio carino e funzionale. Il proprietario cortese e chiaro nelle direttive per trovare, entrare e lasciare l'alloggio. Il parcheggio attaccato all'alloggio.

Forse potrebbe costare un pochino meno ma guardando gli altri prezzi della zona è sicuramente in linea con ciò che offre.
