Tranquil Sunny Suite with Private Rooftop

It was a very modern building, thanks to the underground garages the area looked tidy and nice without cars. It was surprisingly quiet, in the night you could hear the ocean.

A very nice and clean apartment equipped with everything you need (full kitchen equipment, fridge, microwave, electric stove top, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing set). Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is located in a private housing estate with a swimming pool, elevator and underground parking. Very good contact with Lena. I highly recommend.

The overpowering smell of people smoking weed flooded the entire apartment and hallways. With small children this made it impossible to stay for the duration we had booked for and left to find new accommodation

The apartment was excellent & spotlessly clean. It has all the kitchen equipment including dishwasher & washing machine. It is in a quiet gated community close to the beach, a supermarket & a few restaurants. We enjoyed the solarium, it is very private and enjoys the sun all day. We didn't have a car but used the bus to visit the neighbouring El Medano and Los Abrigos, both had lovely restaurants. Lena was excellent & quick to respond to any queries we had. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future.

This apartment is exceptional, modern, spacious and very comfortable particularly the bed. The roof top terrace was an extra treat and fantastic if you want to watch the planes as the airport is close. Very secure property as gated. The attention to detail was amazing with everything you could want. Highly recommended 😀
