"В цілому досить непогано, треба більше уваги приділити чистоті"

Відмінне розташування (3 хвилини пішки до ратуші), дуже гарна задумка лофт-апартаментів на основі стін старого каземата, гарна транспортна доступність, наявність місця для безпроблемного паркування авто, наявність пральної машинки і холодильника

Санітарний стан санвузла дуже поганий (погана вентиляція і можливо неправильно спроектована система зливу води), на підлозі і стелі грибок, в санвузлі стоїть неприємний запах, який неможливо вивітрити. Крім цього, в помешканні досить холодно (можливо, ми не розібрались як ввімкнути опалення), білизна не встигла висохнути, тому використовували свою. Взагалі робота покоївки з прибирання помешкання (особливо санвузла) незадовільна(

Different kinds of insects, including house centipede, beetles, spiders in the bed, I had a huge bite of anonymous animal on my back, the bed was located on the second floor, where it was impossible to breathe, very hot and air conditioning was on the bottom floor and didn’t help at all upstairs, so we were sleeping on the sofa downstairs, where it’s uncomfortable to sleep for two people. The price of this pleasure is overestimated.
