"Superb"

Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Scenic. Beach. Swimming Pool. Calming.

Nothing that we didnt like, just some suggestion and comment for improvement: 1 - The living room floor was a bit sandy. We dont wear footwear inside, so it makes it a bit uncomfortable. But, not to the extend to affect our stay. 2 - The bathtub draining cover was not working, had difficulties to drain the water. 3 - There seems to be lacking facilities for accessability. Going out of elevator, we need to take the stairs to the apartment. I imagine it would be difficult for person with wheelchair.

"Meet My Expectations"

- Cosy, decent apartment complete with cabinets, sofa, kitchen with utensils, bath tub, good functioning aircond in every room, tv channels, iron without ironboard (no hair dryer in case you are wondering) - very clean and I love the bed, so comfy and it's like you stay in hotels (not like typical homestays). I give 10 rating for the cleanliness. No ant, cockroaches or bug, floor free from sand. Smell good the moment you stepped in. - good location and easy access, Quite secluded and narrow path to get to the place. However you can easily buy food thru grab food. - staff hospitality. Attended to my request via WhatsApp to upgrade room and helped solve my problem when the blind in kitchen was faulty. Overall I am happy with my stay. Worth money spent and meet my expectations. Some improvements to consider : - regularly maintain the sliding doors latches as they get rusty and become very tight to open/close, - do some paint maintenance touch ups on the wall in apartment to cover watermarks.

- There is hot water heater but not working - no limit and rules for guests using the swimming pool. While I don't mind that, using pool even until 10pm is not nice as kids were making noise (my unit was facing the pool). Also it is not safe to be in the swimming pool at night because the light there is very dim. For safety reason I suggest better to apply rule or raise an alert.
