Newcastle Executive Apartment

The only good thing about it was it was in the centre of town

The apartment was really dirty , the bed had stains on the sheets, the towels were really dirty, we had to go and buy a sheet for the bed, and some clean towels, the sink was dirty in bathroom and the bathroom had a weird smell, The settee had some sticky residue all over it so had to clean it before we could sit on it. The cooker hood is all dirty and rusty and the sponges for cleaning should have been in the bin they were all dirty Apart.from howndirty the place was, we weren't met by anyone to be let in the apartment we had to wait for half hour outside to be let in by someone who eventually was coming out The lift was broken and we were on the 6th floor so carrying luggage up 6 floors and going up and down the stairs every time we went out wasn't ideal There is No way this is an executive apartment and we were told someone was coming on saturday to fit the washer dryer which never happened it was just stuck in the middle of floor, For the money this place was shocking I would never stay again I tried to book a hotel as didn't want to stay here as it was so bad but unfortunately couldn't find one available

The apartment was very shabby and needs to be redocorated. Only one bath towel and one hand towel were provided per person. They were far from good quality. They are called Executive Apartments - that is a very misleading title. They should be Budget Apartments

Location is really great!!! The facilities are also great!

Time management on returning the keys, the host was slow response and coming a bit late.

complimentary taxi ride from airport, driver was given incorrect address, so we were initially sent to the wrong apartment. Kudos to the driver , he returned and drove us to the right apartment
