Spotless clean, milk and hot drinks available on arrival, plenty of towels, good shower, very large comfortable bed, blackout blinds and curtains in the bedroom, had what we needed for a week away.

Could have done with a dustpan and brush or compact vacuum so we could clean up after ourselves, missed an outdoor seating area with the weather being so nice but we were aware there wasn't any when we booked it.

Perfect for a lone traveller (would be a bit cosy for two!), good facilities and ideal location.

Lighting in hallway reacts too late on entry (have to walk in the dark for a bit) and apartment could do with a freezer.

This is a lovely apartment, just like a home from home.

Couldn't fault it

This was an exceptional A class property where the hosts care about the comfort and pleasure of their visitors. Everything they did was exceptional. The apartment has top class furnishings and facilities. Our host was excellent with her communication prior to our visit and during the time we were there. This made our arrival very pleasant and stress free. An information booklet awaited us and was full of helpful hints on how to use the facilities( essential for those of us coming from overseas) and information about places we might like to visit and how to get there. The best hints were where to eat and what time the bakery closed. Excellent, informative and interesting coffee table books were also made available. We were also given access to Netflix and other streaming services. We loved the huge bathroom, the comfortable bed and the pillows!!!!! This was the full package deal, including the lovely, friendly village. A huge thank you to the hosts - you care about people and have done everything possible to make their experience while in Broughton in Furness the best possible experience.
