"Lovely apartment right in the centre"

The apartment was really spacious, the bedrooms were lovely and it was right in the centre

We had to ask for tea and we were given a few in a paper cup, given the price I would have expected tea/coffee to be available. We also had to ask for shower gel.

"In the hub of things"

The location of the property was excellent situated in the heart of Bourton on the Water. As we visited in August it was extremely busy and noisy throughout the day. Most noise from the restaurant below calmed down after 10.30pm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even helping us with our bags. The breakfast was great and a real bonus. The beds were very comfortable!

A few minor tweaks would make this apartment exceptional. There were only 2 wine glasses, (3 of us) very little cutlery, no lid on the kitchen bin or shelf in the shower and no hanging rails in the bedrooms. The overall spec of the apartment was excellent and it seemed such a shame that there were these few minor issues. Having said this we did enjoy our stay in The Croft.

Loved the location and the layout out of the flat. Perfect for two adults and a teen. The flat was clean and beds and lounges were comfortable. Washing machine and dishwasher was handy to have. The staff were so amazing. The were always eager to help with our bags and arrange early breakfasts when needed. The breakfasts and meals were delicious.

The shower drains slow and could feel small if you’re very tall.

"Superb"

The apartment was beautiful, plenty of space and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Location was incredible right next to the river but it was a little bit noisy with the good weather. Staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal was stunning. All in all, a beautiful apartment with all of the facilities you could need for a short stay and plenty of shops to pick up extras. We'll definitely be back.

No designated car parking was a slight negative due to having a disabled member of our family. Also, noise from a room above the apartment was a bit off-putting but it was only occasional.
