El personal que me entregó el piso excelente. Pero estaba la casa en obras, no deberían alquilar si están en obras.

La casa en obras y la cama no servía, tuvimos que poner almuadas debajo del colchón

La ubicación es perfecta, además tienes fácil el aparcamiento.

Si tengo que poner una pega la única fue que había obras, y obviamente los ruidos son molestos, pero estaba advertida de que tenían obras de saneamiento en el edificio.

Die angebotenen Apartments liegen sehr zentral und sind rund um einen Patio angelegt. Sie sind gut ausgestattet und man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Preis/Leistung sind sehr gut und es war mein zweiter Besuch dort.

Normalerweise ist es dort sehr ruhig, aber jetzt wurde der über den Apartments gelegene Teil des Hauses abgerissen mit dem damit verbundenen extremen Lärm und Schmutz. Was dort nach dem Abriss passiert (Neubau? ) entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Ich durfte nach 4 Tagen in ein anderes Apartment auf der gegenüber gelegenen Straßenseite umziehen, aber auch dort wurde im Nebengebäude renoviert.
