Apartamentos El Calón Playa

L'appartement était propre et relativement bien situé pour visiter la région Malgré les points négatifs, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

- Accessoires cuisine insuffisants : 1 petit saladier la taille au-dessus d'un bol , 1 toute petite casserole, la poêle et la sauteuse sont en fin de vie. - Le matelas mériterait d'être chargé. Les draps de lit ont fait leur temps et pas adaptés à la dimension (trop grands) pas très confortable. La télévision était neuve, mais aucune chaîne nationale (car pas de décodeur,) malgré l'intervention de la personne responsable pendant 2 semaines nous n'avons pas eu de télé. Et pour terminer la piscine n'était pas très propre et pas chauffée comme énoncé dans le descriptif.

The process of collecting the keys was very well done, we were sent a video of what to do which worked perfectly. The location of the apartment was lovely, right on the beach and very quiet. The best thing about the apartment was it had a great shower! Thanks to Nuria who was really helpful and responsive when I asked for information or help

As Brits we were very disappointed with no kettle or mugs for our tea! Most of the cupboards were empty, just a single dinner service, a few knives and forks, one sharp knife that wasn`t sharp, a few mix matched wine glasses, and some pots and pans. We could get hardly any channels on the TV, the wifi was intermittent, no radio, games, anything to do, so make sure you take something to do with you! The towels were old, furniture was scuffed, the sofa was very uncomfortable, the pillows were thin, and we couldn`t access the underground parking although Nuria did offer to come and have a look for us and help us if we needed it. We were glad it was a house hunting trip rather than a holiday or we would have been very upset

La situación del apartamento

Aparcamiento subterráneo muy deficiente en el acceso, se golpean los bajos del coche a la entrada. Wifi sin cobertura, esto debería avisarse porque es imposible teletrabajar. Televisión sin cobertura. No ha sido posible en 6 noches ver ni un solo canal de TV.. Placa vitrocerámica deficiente solo funciona correctamente uno de los fuegos.

Le quartier n'est pas des plus beau, ni plage ni le bâtiment. L'appartement 31 est situé face a l'escalier et à coté de l'ascenseur et l'insonorisation est inexistante! Le mobilier et la literie sont basiques. Le balcon donne plus sur un terrain vide à cote que sur la mer. Rien ne justifie le prix qui est demandé pour cet appartement. Il faut aussi dire qu'il n'y a pas de gel douche ni de shampoing, on s'est lavé avec du savon à main. Et pour un appartement à ce prix là , on reçoit aussi un message de sortir les poubelles 😂.

El wi fi se cortaba muy a menudo

Muy tranquilo,cómodo lo que un poco lejos de donde nos movíamos,pero luego al llegar la piscina o la playa a pie de apartamento lo cura todo.

Pensábamos que al estar 10 días íbamos a tener mínimo cada 3 días limpieza o cambio de sábanas o toallas y no fue así.Gracias a la lavadora del apartamento.
