Great view and location, very close to this lovely town

The property is managed by an agency, which closes at 6 p.m. We had informed the agency in advance about our late arrival; nevertheless, no arrangements were made to ensure that we could access the apartment after closing time. Upon arrival, we discovered that the keys were locked in a key box located inside the garage — which itself was locked — making it impossible for us to enter. Attempts to contact the provided phone number were unsuccessful; we reached only a recorded message: “please hold the line” (the following day they informed us that they were closed). We eventually had to ask other residents for assistance in gaining access to the building and the garage from the inside, which was both inconvenient and embarrassing. In addition, the apartment description is inaccurate. It states that the property is equipped with two full double beds, whereas in reality there is only one double bed and a sofa bed approximately 140 cm wide, with a very thin and uncomfortable mattress. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and I believe these issues should be addressed to prevent similar inconvenience to future guests.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. in the vicinity of tourist attractions. the town itself is beautiful with spectacular views. I can recommend stay there.

The apartment is near the most important and rather big and loud bell tower, which starts from 7-8 a. m., This can be disturbing, especially that the window of master bedroom is facing the bell tower. No lift in the building.
