Alberto is very kind and helpful. The apartment is well-equipped and in a great location. There is private parking in a stunning garden. The city center, castle, restaurants, port, and beach are all within walking distance.

The bathroom was a bit narrow.

The breakfast was our own breakfast and I was able to make cicchetti using fresh ingredients from the local markets.

Great location - close to town center and lakeside but also far enough away to be quiet. Nice big TV and plenty of kitchen equipment. Host provided good recommendations.

Had some trouble with mosquitoes but it is hardly the fault of the property. If I was going to be really picky, I have to mention that the place did not have extra virgin olive oil. Yes, this is far from essential but it would have been nice and every other place we had stayed in Italy had this provided.

Appartment is well located to the main township, groceries, bakery, restaurants, ferry etc. downhill walk from the train station. Appartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay- very clean, secure and homely feel. Alberto our host is a very kind man who met us on site and offered loads of local information to assist us with making plans. Alberto even arranged to do a load of washing for us when the delivery of the replacement washer didn't work out. We stayed 2 nights, would stay longer next time.

Close proximity to a lake, kitchen technical facilities were rich and overall satisfactory

The sofa in the living room was old and squeaky (literally any turn while lying on the sofa was loud)
