Apartamento Las Terrazas

No instructions, no clear address, no communication, no contact regarding arrival. AVOID BOOKING - They don’t communicate and steal money! This is a very dangerous Russian scam. We booked the apartment on Jan 1st and got a confirmation. We arrived on Jan 2nd 2026 at 20:27 to the property - btw we got no information with instructions after confirmation. Prior to the arrival, I was trying to reach the owner regarding our delayed arrival (weather conditions) as it was stated the checkin was available between 17:00-20:30 but we’ve got no response from the owner throughout the day. As we arrived, tired from the flight, we tried to call the owner (her name is Olena, which we found out on Whatsapp) 5x times, tried to reach out on iMessage but she ignored. At 21:30 we had to find some other accommodation which was almost impossible. I tried to ask her for a full refund (215 EUR) but the owner/scammer is ignoring official Booking policies regarding refunds and cancellations and ignores our messages as well. The scammer’s name is Olena and this is the official contact: +34 643 924 838. I’m trying to deal with it through official Booking policies but be really aware and AVOID this property.

El apartamento está bien pero con aspectos a mejorar. La ubicación es ideal y con unas vistas buenas. La piscina era climatizada y estaba ideal aunque no hay hamacas. Dispone de aparcamiento que en esa zona hay horarios que dificulta aparcar fuera y te quitas ese problema.

El apartamento estaba sucio. Tuvimos que limpiarlo. Sábanas manchadas. El horno daba asco, paredes manchadas, etc. Habían cosas rotas. La persiana del cuarto no bajaba estaba rota y la puerta del balcón no cerraba. Está descuidado el apartamento en ese aspecto y da mucha pena porque está muy bien. Es una zona con muchas moscas por los invernaderos y no tiene mosquiteras. La cama era bastante incómoda pero para unos días escapas. Se necesita otro ventilador para la segunda habitación porque solo hay uno y hace calor en el apartamento.

Todo, y la buena disposición de la dueña para todo, incluido un check out tardío, para aprovechar el último día.

Solo por añadir algo, dejaría un par de ventiladores más en el apartamento.

A lovely lady gave us the keys to a great apartment. The location was perfect, and we really liked it. Good price too. I’m planning to come back!
