Great location and modern apartment

The bed wasn’t very comfortable

Clean, stylish, spacious and peaceful. The bedding smelt of fresh washing which was lovely.

The mattress needs replacing. I was in love with the apartment but the mattress did affect sleep, as I could feel the springs.

Lovely apartment situated right next to the beach. Very clean and well presented. A walk away from all amenities and approx 20 mins drive to Llandudno, you can't go wrong!

The mattress was thin and slightly uncomfortable but still a good night sleep.

Good communications from owner and parking was a big bonus. Fabulous location close to the promenade and shops and restaurants. Would definitely return

Nothing to dislike

High recommend this Sea View Apartment, stayed for just one night as a last minute booking. Dr Raza was very polite and friendly, space was spotless, tidy and modern. Every thing was just as described and super comfortable. Will be using this space again soon. View of sea and 1 minute walk to sea front 15 minute walk from shops (I'm a slow walker though). Peaceful, quiet and felt safe. Thank you again, I look forward to visiting again soon.

Modern, clean, close to the beach, car parking , close to amenities, sea view

Mattress very uncomfortable, could feel springs, didn’t sleep well for both nights. This is our only complaint but it’s quite an important one.

Loved the location and the decor.

Was slightly anxious about the cream carpet. I was worried I would leave a mark on it.

Dr Raza is the most excellent host and went "above and beyond" to ensure my week in Colwyn Bay was simply stunning- nothing was a problem, and the apartment is in a magical location -a real 10/10 find! Much recommended to all if you're considering staying in the area... AAA+++ :)
