Excellent location, close to everything, loads of restaurants and clubs locally. Host was excellent and helped sorting out any questions I had. Collecting keys was easy and dropping them off was simple. Would definitely stay again.

The area does not have great phone reception, so the Wi-Fi could have been a bit better to compensate. If I was working that may have been a problem.

Very clean. Comfortable beds and bedding. spacious and well appointed. No surprises in comparison with its description.

Key code had not been sent and ended up waiting in the rain whilst people were contacted but generally very communicative and responsive. Lift was out of order. Door entry release was out of order. Apartment was very cold on arrival and took a long time to warm up. No heating in toilets/shower rooms. The small shower room was so small as to be unfunctional.

Spacious apartment in a great location. Communication with very friendly staff member was much appreciated. Comfortable beds and the travel cot provided for our toddler was perfect.

Maybe we have just been unlucky as many have reviewed cleanliness highly however (maybe due to a quick turn around time between guests?) unfortunately, the apartment felt unclean. Sticky marks on the floor and every piece of cutlery, glassware and dishes needed washed before use. Kitchen cupboard handles, door handles and light switches all felt tacky and fingerprinted. One toilet could’ve done with a once over as it wasn’t 100% clean in the bowl. Again, seems like we just got unlucky but the cleaning wasn’t thorough in our case. Entry to the building is also not secure at all. Lift was very difficult to use, not ideal when travelling with a buggy. The showers were also a bit feeble, with the temperature running hot and cold whilst showering.

Communication with the host was excellent. The appartment was spotlessly clean & all utensils required were available. The location is exceptional, close to city centre bars & restaurants. The beds were really comfortable & we couldn't have asked for more. A real luxurious appartment to stay in. Hope to return sometime soon!

perfect place to stay

I loved the way it was presented and structured, just straight pure class and luxury. The sofas, chairs and beds were all ever so comfy and the atmosphere was amazing.

I loved every single moment of it there was nothing I didn’t like.

lots of seagulls around the neighborhood, you have to be careful when entering the property to avoid stepping on bird poo

really nice and awesome apartment u will not regret it cause there are some cheaters or scamers who put wrong pics and details and when u reached there u find haunted place I booked this after I booked luxury apartment 20 at the same date cause when I went to luxury department 20 it was like haunted place with all fake pics and low customer service so I booked this at hurry and found this place really worthy so plz I recommend this one and don't ever make a mistake like me booking luxury apartment 20 .
