Newcastle City Centre Apartment Ideal for Holiday, Contractors, Quarantining

We had a good stay at Funmi's place - the location is great (literally up the road from the train station, nice bars/restaurants and shops super close too). The central location means there is some road/ street noise at night but if you're prepared for this (earplugs) it's fine! Overall the apartment was clean (if a little bit dusty in places) and Funmi was great too, very responsive if we had questions and everything we needed was in the apartment (toiletries, coffee pods, milk etc).

One thing I'd say could be improved is a few bits in the apartment are a bit worse for wear e.g. the blinds in the bedrooms look a bit scruffy and one of the chairs in the living room was slightly broken

The apartment is exactly like the photos and as described. We went for 2 nights a group of 4 adults, the rooms are lovely and have everything you need. Fumi is easy to contact whether by here or to text. Everything is a 20 min walk maximum, close to everything and literally 5 min from the station. Will be first on our list to look at of available next year.

Great location, next to a multi-storey carpark. Comfortable apartment, easy communication with host. The apartment was fully equipped shower gel, shampoo, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt and pepper..etc feels like home away from home. Excellent stay, bed was bit soft but that's just personal preference.
